plabs Minecraft

Every server here has its own address. Type that address into Minecraft to play, or open it in a browser to read what the server is and how it works.

The main server

Survival, kept smooth and given more to find: better world generation and a pile of quiet fixes. Minecraft 1.20.1. PvP is on, difficulty easy, room for 20, no whitelist.

mc.plabs.cloud type this in Minecraft → Multiplayer → Add Server

Nothing to install. Everything runs on the server, so a plain Minecraft 1.20.1 gets you in. (If you want to see for miles, add Distant Horizons — entirely optional.)

Tango — the Copperstead test server

The village mod in progress: settlers with jobs, homes, a Town Hall that counts them, builders that raise the place, and raids to hold off. This is where new builds are tried.

Room for the next one

A new mod or world gets its own name on the same pattern — whatever.mc.plabs.cloud — and its own page right here, explaining what it is and what you need to join it.

Joining a server

  1. Open Minecraft and pick the profile the server asks for (the main server and Tango need different ones — each server's page says which).
  2. Multiplayer → Add Server. Put the address above in the Server Address box. Leave the port alone.
  3. If a server needs mods, its page has the download and the steps. Modded servers only let you in with the right mods.
